The present invention relates to a copolymer which contains methyl methacrylate as a main component for surface hardness and exterior, styrene for an excellent machineability of a large injection molding part, and cyclohexylmaleimide for giving surface hardness and heat resistance, wherein a resin compound is manufactured by adding a core-shell structure of impact reinforcing agent having the same refractive index as the prepared copolymer, which supplements impact resistance of the molding part, and replaces reinforcing glasses of exterior housing for electrical goods, including refrigerators, air conditioners, and laundry machines etc.; a preparing method thereof; and a resin composition comprising the same.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
