Secretion Vector Harboring Laccase Promoter of Pleurotus eryngii and Methods for Preparation of Target Protein Using the Same

The present invention relates to a secretion vector used for transformation of king trumpet mushrooms (Pleurotus eryngii) and a target protein preparation method thereof. More specifically, the present invention provides a secretion vector which includes expression constructs appropriate for the transformation of mushrooms through separating a laccase-promotor and signal sequence genes from the king trumpet mushrooms. The method according to the present invention can be successfully used to produce various target proteins such as growth hormone proteins from the transgenic mushrooms grown through utilizing the vector. The recombination expression vector enables various industrially useful proteins to be mass-produced from mushrooms, and especially from the king trumpet mushrooms.
