Biosensor for detecting target material using graphene oxide as electrochemical indicator and method for preparing the same

The present invention relates to a biosensor which uses graphene oxide as an electrochemical marker to detect a target substance in vivo and a preparation method thereof. According to the present invention, the biosensor uses the direct bonding of the the target substance and the graphene oxide used as the electrochemical marker to enhance the sensitivity and selectivity for the target substance, thereby enabling easy concentration analysis of the target substance. The biosensor can detect the target material simply and cost-effectively.
