The present invention provides a composition containing lambertianic acid derivative, an optical isomer thereof, pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate or solvate of the same derivative and isomer as active ingredients. According to the present invention, the composition exhibits an anti-androgen effect or an effect of inhibiting prostate-specific antibodies, and is effective for alleviating, preventing, and treating diseases related to prostate such as prostatitis, prostatic hyperplasia, and prostate cancer.
