Disclosed are a stainless steel continuous casting device, and a stainless steel continuous casting method. The stainless steel continuous casting method comprises: a step of sending molten steel received in a ladle to a tundish by opening a nozzle, and a step of supplying the molten steel received in the tundish to a mold. Additionally, the present invention comprises a step of inserting a sealing gas to prevent reoxidation of the molten steel to the tundish before opening the nozzle.
