The present invention relates to a sterilizing and purifying device for an aquarium and, more specifically, a sterilizing and purifying device for an aquarium, which firstly sterilizes and purifies water in the aquarium with use of plasma and secondly sterilizes and purifies gas diluted in water, comprising a case; a pump which is installed in the case to pull up water; and a plasma sterilizing tool which is installed on an extra space of the inside of the case and turns water of the aquarium into sterilized and purified water with use of the plasma.
