The present invention provides a method for simply, rapidly, and accurately analyzing an HLA-DRB1 allelotype while a subtype represented by a four-digit number of a rheumatism-related HLA-DRB1 allelotype is discriminated in a high resolution. According to the present invention, time taken to analyze a sample is remarkably reduced compared to an existing method, and a large quantity of samples can be inspected in a short time, so that HLA-DRB1 allelotypes can be mass-analyzed in a high resolution. The occurrence of rheumatism-related diseases and dangers can be accurately and effectively diagnosed and predicted in a genetic level. Moreover, in the present invention an HLA-DRB1 allelotype analysis in a Korean group can be performed, and an HLA-DRB1 allelotype pattern related to rheumatism-related diseases of Koreans can be determined.
