The present invention relates to a high availability load distributing method, wherein an error virtual device is discriminated and used based on data collected from virtual devices in a cluster for automatically expanding and reducing a virtual device. The present invention relates to: a method for separating and replacing a virtual device having an error based on an error policy set by a system administrator; a load distributing method for improving availability by dynamically applying a changed aspect to a load distributor; and a device for the same.
