The present invention relates to a method for producing medicinal herb hard-boiled soy sauce containing hawthorn and to hawthorn-containing medicinal herb hard-boiled soy sauce produced through the same. The hawthorn-containing medicinal herb hard-boiled soy sauce produced through the same can be instantly cooked without adding an additive material, so that a beginner can easily make a taste.
