METHOD FOR PRODUCING MEDICINAL HERB HARD-BOILED SOY SAUCE CONTAINING HAWTHORN AND HAWTHORN-CONTAINING MEDICINAL HERB HARD-BOILED SOY SAUCE PRODUCED THROUGH SAME
The present invention relates to a method for producing medicinal herb hard-boiled soy sauce containing hawthorn and to hawthorn-containing medicinal herb hard-boiled soy sauce produced through the same. The method comprises a step of adding 0.5 to 3 wt% of hawthorn based on the total weight of soy sauce. The hawthorn-containing medicinal herb hard-boiled soy sauce produced through the same can be instantly cooked without adding an additive material, so that a beginner can easily make a taste. Compared to existing general soy sauce, the same has low salinity, thereby improving health. Moreover, while a menu with meat as a main material is cooked, the medicinal herb hard-boiled soy sauce of the present invention can soften a meat texture, thereby enabling a consumer to feel a soft chewing texture and helping digestion promotion. Accordingly, by using the medicinal herb hard-boiled soy sauce of the present invention, seasoning, braising, roasting, baking, and cooking salad sauce, pickled vegetables, and the like can be performed in a short time, and the contained hawthorn imparts functionalities, so that the same is expected to be very usefully used in the related fields.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
