The present invention relates to a hauling device of a fishing line-fixing rope for jigging fishery, wherein the fishing line-fixing rope (200) can safely be hauled by a second horizontal guide roller (18) under the windy and wavy condition, wherein in using a light fishing tackle, without the power of the hydraulic motor (2), the fishing line-fixing rope (200) can be conveniently hauled manually with a first vertical guide roller (8), a third vertical guide roller (23a) and a fourth vertical guide roller (23b), and wherein in using a heavy fishing tackle and pulling the fishing line-fixing rope (200) up over the boat, the hauling work can be conveniently done via a sieve (7) by using the power of hydraulic motor (2).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
