The present invention relates to a shear thickening fluid (STF) and a polymer composite including the same where provided is a shear thickening fluid (STF) microcapsule, which is manufactured by filling the shear thickening fluid in cores where silica is dispersed in polyethylene glycol; forming an inner layer on the capsule by coating the outside of the shear thickening fluid with emulsifiers; and forming an outer layer on the capsule by coating the outside of the inner layer on the capsule with thermoplastic resin.
