SYSTEM METHOD TO EVOLVE (PROMOTE/MATURATE) COMPLETENESS OF IDEA AND PLAN BY LOGICAL EVALUATION TABLE

As generally an idea or plan, which is suggested once, is discarded after one evaluation process regardless of whether the idea or plan is useful or not, an unselected idea or plan is hardly re-selected after modification and reevaluation. And there is not a proper method to give an opportunity for modification and reevaluation. As proposal content (including plans or ideas) is unified in a structure to clearly organize a causal relationship by factor by standardizing or structurizing the content as a specific factor, the proposal content is included, stored, and managed but the proposal content evolves to be continuously completed through real name management by structure item unit such as a proposer, a problem finder, a solution suggester, an evaluator, and a selector. As a record about contribution to the completeness of the proposal content is numerically managed, a system method is able to identify creative people through record statistics of participators which creatively work.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
