摘要

The present invention relates to a detection sensor used to detect specific proteins. The detection sensor includes: a sensor layer having pore structures with fine diameters; an aptamer structure which is combined with quantum dots to be fixed on the inner surfaces of the pore structures; and a quenching structure coupled to the aptamer structure. The quenching structure having stronger affinity with the specific proteins than with the aptamer structure is selected to enable the specific proteins to separate the quenching structure from the aptamer structure and recover the fluorescence of the quantum dots.
