The present invention relates to a pillow, whose height is controlled by outflow and inflow of air and, more specifically, a pillow, whose height is controlled by outflow and inflow of air, comprising an air floating pillow body part which is allowed to form an air inlet hole and an air outlet hole respectively and whose height is controlled by controlling air volume with use of inflow of air through the air inlet hole and of outflow of air through the air outlet hole to support the head and some area on the neck of users; and an air injection tool which is detached and attached to the air inlet hole formed on the air floating pillow body part and enables air to be injected into the inside of the air floating pillow body part through the inlet hole.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
