METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FEED WITH CHICKEN GIBLETS USING CULTURE MEDIUM OF BACILLUS METHYLOTROPHICUS SCI STRAIN

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an animal-derived feed by adding a culture medium wherein a new strain of Bacillus methylotrophicus SCI capable of producing excellent protease, into chicken giblets, byproducts from poultry slaughter, to decompose the chicken giblets. The method includes the steps of: steaming chicken giblets, separated and transferred from a poultry slaughter house, in a reactor; discharging and cooling the steamed chicken giblets; adding the culture medium of the Bacillus methylotrophicus SCI strain into the chicken giblets; obtaining a reaction solution by mixing the chicken giblets and the culture medium and making the chicken giblets and the culture medium react to each other; obtaining a filtrate by filtrating the reaction solution after cooling the reaction solution; obtaining a concentration solution by depressurizing and concentrating the filtrate; preliminary heating the concentrated solution after adding an antioxidant and an antibacterial agent into the concentrated solution; and obtaining a dried product by blowing hot air to the concentrated solution. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing feed with chicken giblets using a culture solution. According to the present invention, the animal-derived feed having an excellent effect of promoting growth of livestock can be manufactured. In addition, the feed has an excellent economic effect of replacing imported fish powder and contributing to stabilizing international supply and demand of fish powder.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
