PRIMER AND PROBE FOR FUSARIUM HEAD BLIGHT AND DETECTING METHOD USING THE SAME

The present invention relates to: a Fusarium graminearum ATP-binding cassette transporter (FgABC) gene specific primer; and a method for detecting Fusarium head bright of rice. According to the present invention, progress of Fusarium head bright of rice can be quantified by using the primer and a probe which are capable of specifically detecting the FgABC gene existing in a genome of Fusarium graminearum. Therefore, the method of the present invention can be advantageously used as a molecular biology method for diagnosing Fusarium head bright of rice.
