The present invention relates to a single-stranded nucleic acid aptamer specifically bound to Klebsiella pneumoniae, and a method for detecting Klebsiella pneumoniae using the same. The aptamer, the method using the same, a composition, a kit, or a sensor of the present invention not only enables a user to specifically detect Klebsiella pneumoniae existing in a sample for testing water quality, food, a biomaterial for medical purposes but also can be applied to fields such as food hygiene and medical diagnosis.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
