The present invention provides a workplace black-box apparatus, so vocal information in a certain section can be automatically stored in a server when a worker with a slave terminal has an accident at an industrial site and be analyzed through the user interface. According to the present invention, accident causes can be effectively understood. In addition, the present invention provides a method for using the vocal information together with image information, thereby accurately determining the accident causes or circumstances.
