The present invention provides a manufacturing method of soy milk without having an antifoaming agent, an emulsifying agent, and a synthetic preservative, but using beans for greens as raw materials. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of soy milk uses total ingredients without peeling the skin of the beans for greens. The contents of isoflavone, crude protein, and crude fat are higher than that of soybeans. The soy milk with the improved health functionality can be provided with smooth mouthfeel and a nutty taste, but without a fishy smell.
