Disclosed are a manufacturing method of barium titanyl oxalate, a manufacturing method of barium titanate, and the barium titanate. The disclosed manufacturing method of barium titanyl oxalate comprises the steps of: manufacturing a barium compound solution, a titanium compound solution, and an oxalate solution (a material solution manufacturing step); contacting the barium compound solution and the titanium compound solution with the oxalate solution, and compounding the barium titanyl oxalate [BaTiO(C_2O_4)_2·4H_2O] (BTO) (a BTO compounding step); wet-grinding the dried BTO (a BTO dry-grinding step); drying the wet-ground BTO, and gaining a BTO powder (a BTO drying step); and dry-grinding the dried BTO (a BTO dry-grinding step). The BTO dry-grinding step is conducted until a bulk density of the dry-ground BTO is greater than or equal to 0.2 g/cm^3 and less than or equal to 0.50 g/cm^3.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
