It solves the problems, such as: multi-vision-point encoding method is provided, in multi-view point video coding/decoding method, in multi-view image encoding device, multi-view image decoding apparatus and its program, therefore reducing quantity symbol information necessary to code indicates intensifying screen prediction technique, when the block of picture signal intensifying screen predictive coding is performed. ;SOLUTION: by using image photograph system by different camera views, the image of the corresponding image of 105 combination producing visual point image of assembled unit is encoded.
