METHOD FOR PLANTLET FORMATION OF CYPRIPEDIUM MACRANTHUM SW. USING BIOREACTOR

The present invention relates to a method for forming a plantlet of Cypripedium macranthum Sw. using a bioreactor. More specifically, an optimum condition is established to culture Cypripedium macranthum Sw. in a balloon type bioreactor. In addition, the method can be effectively used for mass propagation of Cypripedium macranthum Sw., with excellent formation rate for protocorm, new bud, and plantlet of the cultured Cypripedium macranthum Sw. in the optimum condition.
