The present invention relates to a suction conductive cable, which delivers electrical stimulation and suction pressure to an affected area of a patient, and a low-frequency treatment apparatus having the same. The present invention is provided to save production costs of the suction conductive cable and the low-frequency treatment apparatus and facilitate operation procedure reduction and design diversification by improving an electrical stimulation and suction pressure transfer structure of a suction conductive cable, in order to transmit the electrical stimulation and suction pressure, to an efficient structure with high economical efficiency. To achieve this, the present invention provides a suction conductive cable (10) for a low-frequency treatment apparatus, which comprises: a conductive cable side connector that is coupled to a main body side connector (1) provided in a treatment apparatus main body (100); a conductive cable tube (3) having wiring (3a) to transfer a stimulation signal, which is provided inside, as a tube connected to the conductive cable side connector; a distributor (4) which is connected to a front end of the conductive cable tube (3) and divides one channel of the conductive cable tube (3) into a plurality number of branches; and branched conductive cable tubes (5), each of which is connected to distribution ports (4a) of the distributor (4), and also provides a low-frequency treatment apparatus (100) having the suction conductive cable (10) of the configuration as described above.
