The present invention relates to pharmaceutical formulation with excellent long term stability comprising micelle nanoparticles in which partially soluble drugs are encapsulated and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the size of micelle nanoparticles, in which partially soluble drugs are encapsulated, is from 30 to 900 nm, and pharmaceutical formulation comprising the same improves solubility and bioavailability of the formulation with excellent long term stability. In addition, the pharmaceutical formulation can be manufactured with an easy manufacturing method, thus can be applied for partially soluble drugs required for stability.
