The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition having excellent long-term stability including liposome nanoparticles encapsulating an insoluble drug and a method for producing the same, wherein the size of the liposome nanoparticles encapsulating the poorly soluble drug according to the present invention is 30 -900 nm, the solubility of the pharmaceutical preparation containing the same is improved and the long-term stability is improved, so that the bioavailability of the drug can be improved. In addition, since the pharmaceutical preparation can be manufactured by an easy manufacturing method, it can be usefully applied to a poorly soluble drug that requires stability.
