摘要

A gust load reducing composite blade using an off-axis carbon-fiber laminate in an electromagnetic wave absorption layer according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a radar electromagnetic wave absorption layer formed on a lower portion of an outermost external surface material of a wind power blade; a core formed on a lower portion of the electromagnetic wave absorption layer; and an internal surface material formed on a lower portion of the core and provided with a plurality of fiber layers formed in parallel with each other in a diagonal direction. The external surface material, the radar electromagnetic wave absorption layer, the core, and the internal surface material are layered on top of each other along the longitudinal direction of the wind power blade.
