The present invention relates to an inertial heating system which induces and heats inertia heating through fluid circulation, a facility which forms an inertia heating system, and facilities utilizing the inertial heating system and facility. The technological field of the present invention is cooling-related and heating-related facilities. The present invention is to lower electricity bills that are spent in large amounts to secure energy for daily activities and industrial sites by providing a technology related to safe heat generation through a fluid circulation without using a high-pressure compressor because a method for compressing thermal medium using a high-pressure compressor for the energy required in daily activities or for cooling purposes in industrial sites is limited in securing sufficient energy. The present invention comprises: a circulating capillary tube for a circulation medium provided by a compression circulation pump to circulate within an inertia heating apparatus; and a pipe in closed status for circulation in a circulating fluid spraying expansion valve and a circulating fluid expansion pipe. The present invention is to secure sufficient energy required for daily activities and cooling and heating in industrial sites while contributing to a reduction of huge electricity bills which are a major concern in industrial sites. The present invention also contributes to environment protection by minimizing electricity consumption through the use of the inertial heating system.
