The purpose of the present invention is to provide a story house. The configuration of the present invention comprises: an inner wall box (10) having a living space therein; an outer wall box (20) covering the outside of the inner wall box (10); and an insulator (30) filled to be replaced in a space unit (32) between the inner wall box (10) and the outer wall box (20). The outer wall box (20) has a character shape such as animals and has an inlet port (26) and an outlet port (28) to fill and discharge the insulator (30) in the space unit (32) between the inner wall box (10) and the outer wall box (20).
