Embodiments of the present invention relate to a new type lamina reconstructing implant and spinal cord protecting system, reconstructing a lamina removal part positioned at the rear of the spine which is removed after laminectomy. The lamina reconstructing implant reconstructing the lamina removal part at the rear of the spine according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a body part (110) having a regular width and thickness; and fixing parts (110a, 110b) horizontally extended from both ends of the body part (110) respectively, wherein the body part (110) has a characteristic of extending a protrusion (110c) to the central outside, thereby securing a space of a path to be wide enough to pass the spinal cord while covering the lamina removal part at the rear of the spine which is removed by the laminectomy, so the present invention may basically prevent a pain caused by pressure on the spinal cord, solve the instability of the spine and prevent secondary and tertiary degenerative diseases.
