A method for manufacturing and constructing a hybrid rib slab according to the present invention is capable of increasing a rib height by installing a light body on a PC slab unit, placing on-site topping concrete, and enabling the light body to function as a mold forming the on-site rib; increasing bearing power and a load capacity by enabling the rib of the PC slab unit and the on-site rib to resist against stress by completely integrating the rib of the PC slab unit and the on-site rib; reducing a concrete amount; preventing crack due to a load applied from the upper side by forming a dummy rib on a transverse connection portion of the PC slab unit (connected portion of PC slabs); reducing stress concentration delivered to the PC slab unit; and preventing damage to the light body when stacking the rib each other.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
