Disclosed is a total nitrogen and total phosphorus measuring device capable of having a low measurement error, and facilitating maintenance. The total nitrogen and total phosphorus measuring device comprises: one injector pump (10) composed of a case (100) and an elevating piston (10) inserted into the case (100); a port end (12) composed of eight ports to discharge and absorb a pair of flow paths selected by the injector pump (10) among four pairs of flow paths, and one flow path control shaft (122) to select a flow path; and a valve control end (16) to control a valve to select the flow path by being connected to the flow path control shaft (122) of the port end. The total nitrogen and total phosphorus measuring device prepared by the present invention uses the injector pump (10) and the port end (12) to discharge and absorb an M solution, an R solution, an oxidizing agent, and distilled water; and uses a special pump for sample water. Therefore, the total nitrogen and total phosphorus measuring device does not generate sudden errors and can relatively improve an accuracy of measurement when compared with an existing method by proportionally controlling an input of the oxidizing agent, the M solution, the R solution (in measuring total phosphorus), or an acid solution (in measuring total nitrogen) even when the injector pump (10) is aged.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
