The present invention relates to a system for diagnosing a clogging in a pipeline using an acoustic transfer matrix. Technical subject to solve is to allow a user to diagnose the clogged position of the pipeline or the extent of clogging by comparing the result of acoustic analysis performed by using prior information only before stating a real diagnosis of a pipeline with actual measured data. To achieve the above purpose, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the system for diagnosing a clogging in a pipeline using an acoustic transfer matrix comprises: a pipeline system which includes a pipeline and at least one valve installed in the pipeline; an acoustic wave generator which introduces an incident acoustic wave from one side to the other side; an acoustic wave sensor which detects an acoustic wave which is introduced in the pipeline and is reflected in the inside of the pipeline; and an acoustic meter which preliminarily stores reference acoustic data calculated by applying prior data of the pipeline to a sound analyzing algorithm and calculating data relating the clogged position of pipeline or data relating the extent of clogging by comparing and analyzing the measured acoustic data, after calculating the measured acoustic data by applying detected acoustic data to the sound analyzing algorithm using the acoustic wave sensor.
