The present invention relates to a denture patch for prevention of the missing of aged and dementia patients, which enables quick identification of patients with dementia or forgetfulness during incidents such as gone missing or other accidents, the denture patch comprising: an identification sheet comprising an identification part to recognize persona ID information; an adhesive sheet which comprises an adhesive composition to bond the floor surface of the identification sheet and is inserted and mounted on a recessive floor surface of resin portions of the denture; and a transparent coating sheet which is deposited on the identification sheet to protect the identification sheet, wherein the adhesive sheet, identification sheet, and coating sheet are inserted and attached into the recessive floor surface.
