The present invention relates to a conjugated polymer, a manufacturing method thereof and an organic solar cell using the same where a conjugated polymer introduces a side chain and accordingly maintains its own properties while increasing solubility of the conjugated polymer, thereby improving the level of mixing fluorine derivative which is an acceptor material with the conjugated polymer. Therefore, the conjugated polymer of the present invention can be widely used in various fields such as catalyst materials, biomaterials, drugs, non-linear optical materials or organic semiconductor materials and, in particular, be used as an electron donor of the organic semiconductor material in an organic solar cell, thereby providing organic solar cells with improved energy conversion efficiency.
