The present invention relates to an arithmetic operation puzzle board and, more specifically, to an arithmetic operation puzzle board for intelligence development to develop the intelligence, space perception, and constructive perception of infants and to enable infants to study and practice the concept and arithmetic operation of numbers and letters in an easy and fun way, wherein study blocks and number cubes move along a rail or an arithmetic operation rail on a main body to allow infants to measure the length and height of objects, to study the arithmetic operation and the increase and decrease of numbers in an easy and fun way, and to understand letters in an easy and fun way by completing words. Therefore, the arithmetic operation puzzle board comprises: a main body made of a cuboid plate and having a rail on the top; and a plurality of study blocks which is joined to the rail of the main body to move along the rail and is unit pieces or is shaped into consonants and vowels to be combined to complete a word or an arithmetic operation.
