The present invention prevents exercise capacity from decreasing when doing office work while sitting on a chair for a long time. An important meridian system passing through internal organs or the like in including a brain is variously distributed in a palm and a sole of a human body, and is closely connected with a circulating system of a body. Even if walking on sand and a gravel path barefoot and performing acupressure on a palm with a hand acupressure rod, modern people busily doing office work is hardly to perform acupressure on a palm and a sole by spending much time every day. According to the present invention, a chair having an acupressure function performs acupressure on a palm and a sole by using a hand acupressure unit and a foot acupressure unit while sitting on the chair for a blood vessel to be smoothly moved. Moreover, when doing office work or taking a rest, a palm and a sole is easily given acupressure.
