The present invention relates to a composition for preventing dust-fly and a method for preventing dust-fly by using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composition for preventing dust-fly and a method for preventing dust-fly by using the same, wherein the composition for preventing dust-fly includes peroxide and an ethylene-based polymer simultaneously having a carboxyl group and carboxyl peroxide group. According to the present invention, scattering of dust particles can be controlled by adhesion of a water-soluble polymer in the composition for preventing dust-fly. When the composition can be used as a solution and moisture is subsequently evaporated, a polymer film is formed and scattering of dust can be physically controlled. In particular, a polymer used for the composition for preventing dust-fly has a combination of hydrophilic groups such as a carboxyl group and a carboxyl peroxide group, so that moisture is not completely dried and adhesion can be maintained. Accordingly, dust is effectively adhered onto a film, and scattering of dust can be effectively prevented or reduced.
