The present invention provides a differential price selling system for a performance ticket using an advance sale situation and a controlling method thereof. The method includes: a first step where an advance sale screen management unit of a ticket advance sale server provides a performance ticket advance sale menu on a purchaser terminal connected through a communications network and generates sales information of the performance ticket in real time by performing an advance sale process for the performance ticket a purchaser asks for; a second process where purchaser information according to the performance ticket reserved after the first step is collected and an information analyzing unit analyzes the collected performance ticket information in real time to calculate sales type data for the purchase of the performance ticket; and a third step where, after the second step, a differential ticket price determining unit of the ticket reserving server analyzes the sales information of the performance ticket in real time, calculates whether or not current ticket sales reaches a preset accomplished reference price for the corresponding performance, and differentially determines the price and benefit of the performance ticket based on the calculated result. The present invention increases a performance accomplished rate by rapidly raising the rate of ticket sales by differentially selling the ticket price and benefit based on whether or not the advance sale for the ticket being sold reaches the preset performance accomplished reference price of the corresponding ticket and plans to focus performance customers interest on the corresponding performance, thereby significantly raising the rate of a box-office hit.
