The present invention relates to a re-manufacturing management system related to a vehicle component and a recycling method thereof. The system comprises a plurality of terminals of re-manufacturing companies re-manufacturing vehicle components; a plurality of terminals of purchaser companies using the re-manufactured vehicle components; a main server managing the re-manufactured components by vehicle; and a network connecting the units with each other. The main server comprises a member management part registering and managing members divided into re-manufacturing company members and purchaser company members; a component management part managing and storing data about the re-manufactured vehicle components, received from the terminals of the re-manufacturing companies; a demand management part managing and storing data about demand for the re-manufactured vehicle components, received from the terminals of the purchaser companies; a performance management part managing the performance of the re-manufactured vehicle components and updating the data; a code management part classifying the re-manufactured vehicle components by Unicode; and a matching part matching the data of the component management part and the demand management part. According to the formation, the performance of the re-manufactured components is guaranteed, and especially, as the re-manufactured components are used, a WWW-based market mall contributing to low-carbon green growth is provided.
