PURPOSE: A method for using a car stealing alarm system and a cellular phone remotely regulating a car, by automatically connecting to a mobile communication car location trace system having a built-in car management system, is provided to confirm a state of a car through a cellular phone without a remote controller, by having a remote controller of the car stealing alarm system in the cellular phone. The method enables to regulate every kind of functions of the car with the cellular phone, and makes a remote controller unnecessary by having a car function regulating remote controller built in the cellular phone. And the method immediately inform stealing to a mobile communication service provider by executing states of the car and remote controller receiving in the cellular phone. CONSTITUTION: A method for using a car stealing alarm system and a cellular phone remotely regulating a car, by automatically connecting to a mobile communication car location trace system having a built-in car management system, comprises the operations as follows. Every kind of information on the car is stored in a memory program of the cellular phone. Information on the car is confirmed in the cellular phone by having a car management system program built in the cellular phone. A state of the car is confirmed through the cellular phone by installing a location trace device having a built-in code division multiple access(CDMA) module performing only receiving. The car is traced by being connected through the mobile communication car location trace system built in the cellular phone. The mobile communication car location trace system is automatically connected to a car location trace system without operating buttons when sensing stealing of the car, by previously storing information on a car number, and users of the car and the cellular phone. One-touch button operation enables to be connected to the mobile communication car location trace system by using the information. And the car location is displayed in a liquid crystal of the cellular phone in a map/character system, by having a car location trace display mode built in the cellular phone.
