The present invention relates to an individual ventilation system in apartment houses and multi-facility buildings using a non-powered damper elbow, and an objective of the present invention is to provide an individual ventilation system in the apartment houses and the multi-facility buildings using a non-powered damper elbow wherein, by using a non-powered damper elbow including a non-powered damper interlocked and opened or closed by pressure at the same time of driving a supply air fan or a bathroom fan, it is possible to entirely discharge the indoor air while using a bathroom even without an expensive control circuit and an electric damper in accordance to situations; air discharge and air supply selectively driven; power-saving ventilation can be achieved; a diffuser can be connected to a duct even at a low inner ceiling height; a ceiling height can be designed to be low; reduction of building costs is possible; air resistance is very low when compared with a flexible duct; ventilation efficiency is improved; usage of a small fan is possible; and backflow is prevented by the non-powered damper during non-usage. In an individual ventilation system in the apartment houses and the multi-facility buildings, a non-powered damper elbow (30) includes an air supply power switch (15) and a bathroom fan power switch (25) which are electrically connected to each other to individually drive an air supply fan (11) and a bathroom fan (21); one end is connected to an air supply duct (10) or an air discharge duct (20); an other end is vertically bent in an arc shape to be connected to an air supply diffuser (12) or an air discharge diffuser (22); and a non-powered damper (40) is provided at a duct connection portion (31) connected to the air supply duct (10) or the air discharge duct (20).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
