Centralized system for controlled mechanical ventilation combined with an individual heat-recovery and thermal ventilation unit for individual apartments in a residential building

A centralized system for controlled mechanical ventilation combined with independent thermal ventilation units equipped with a heat-recovery system, each associated with an apartment in a residential building, is described. The abovementioned system essentially consists of a main ventilation system which has the task of introducing and extracting a predetermined quantity of air for each apartment. The abovementioned system portion, which can be defined as the "primary" portion, is combined with the individual local units which are in turn divided into two parts, i.e. are provided with a section for introducing the processed air into the apartment and a section for expelling the contaminated air therefrom.
