The present invention relates to a composition comprising gelsolin as an active ingredient for inducing dendritic cell differentiation, a method for inducing differentiation thereof, and a vaccine composition for anticancer activity or treating immunological disease using the same. Provided is a composition comprising gelsolin as an active ingredient for inducing dendritic cell differentiation. In addition, provided is a method for inducing dendritic cell differentiation, which comprises a step of inducing dendritic cell differentiation as treating immature dendritic cell with gelsolin. In addition, the present invention provides a dendritic cell differentiated by the method for inducing differentiation and a vaccine composition comprising the same as an active ingredient for treating cancer or immunological disease.
