The present invention relates to a non-destructive internal defect inspection apparatus for an agricultural product. More specifically, the non-destructive internal defect inspection apparatus for an agricultural product distinguishes an internal state of an agricultural product in a light-emitting unit, a light receiving unit, and a light source unit. The present invention can be additionally installed in an existing separation device without deformation of the existing separation device after the present invention distinguishes internal corruption, browning, and an internal defect of the agricultural product. The present invention maintains high measurement precision to inspect an internal quality of the agricultural product using an optical filter and an optical sensor and prevents damage of the agricultural product due to excessive heat. A camera is installed inside the non-destructive internal defect inspection apparatus to perform an appearance test through an external screen and is capable of distinguishing the fair quality product and the defective quality product after the present invention accurately distinguishes the internal corruption, browning, and the internal defect.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
