The present invention relates to a user preference based searching device using sentimental analysis, and according to an embodiment of the present invention, the searching device is composed of: a question keyword generation unit that generates at least one question keyword based on questions asked by a user; a question execution unit that uses the created question keyword to search for the sentimental analysis data in the sentimental analysis DB by topic and applies the searched sentimental analysis data to the predefined algorithm to estimate preferences for each topic; and a result return unit that returns the final results based on the estimated preference for each topic.
