摘要

The present invention relates to a novel porcine parainfluenza virus 5 (pPIV5), a vaccine composition including the same and a porcine parainfluenza virus diagnostic kits using the same. The porcine parainfluenza virus 5 is used as a vaccine for preventing parainfluenza virus infectious diseases of a pig and an object secondly infected thereby, or diagnosing the same and has no specific clinical symptom in an animal host while being cultured in a high titer, thereby being used as a virus-based vector using the porcine parainfluenza virus.
