The present invention relates to a nitrile hydratase mutant and a manufacturing method of acrylamide using the same and, more specifically, a nitrile hydratase mutant, which is expressed by a nucleotide having a mutant formed on an area where translation initiation of genes of nitrile hydratase is made, and a manufacturing method of amide by hydrating nitrile with use of the same.
