The present invention relates to an apparatus for separating microparticles using field-flow fractionation based on ultrasonic wave vibration fields, which includes: a microfluidic chip which a fluid sample with microparticles in different sizes is introduced into and flows therein while having a microchannel formed in a gap where the fluid sample can have laminar flow; an ultrasonic wave vibration forming part installed in a flowing direction of the laminar flow on a side of the direction of the gap for the microfluidic chip, forming an ultrasonic vibration field inside the microchannel in the direction of the gap so that the microparticles are arranged in the direction of the gap as being proportional to the size of the microparticles, and flowing the microparticles along the laminar flows which are different from one another depending on the sizes thereof. Accordingly, separating micro or nanoscale particles with use of the field-flow fractionation can be widely used regardless of microparticle properties such as an electrical effect or the like while enhancing properties of separating microparticles.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
