摘要

The present invention relates to a trail fusion protein, which enables a hexamer forming domain to connect a trail protein, a nucleic molecule coding the same, a recombinant vector including the nucleic molecule, and uses of the trail fusion protein or the recombinant vector used for treating and preventing restenosis of blood vessels wherein the trail fusion protein is easily changed into a hexamer and has a good of cell death induction compared with a trail protein which is not connected to the hexamer forming domain, thereby preventing endomembrane cell proliferation caused by damaging blood vessel while stopping the proliferation of the endomembrane cell, thereby being used as a drug for treating and preventing restenosis of blood vessels.
