The present invention relates to an automatic cabbage pickling apparatus capable of moving a pickling tank. The automatic cabbage pickling apparatus includes: a table lift which vertically moves the pickling tank storing a pickling liquid; a pickling net exploiting to the inside of the pickling tank; a filling conveyor which evenly fills the cabbages in the pickling net; a pickling rail which horizontally moves the pickling net on the ground; an insert frame which presses the pickling net storing the cabbages into a pickling rail; an export frame which reverse the pickling net pressed out of the pickling rail to export the pickled cabbages; and a recovery frame which moves the emptied picking net to the insert frame again. The present invention provides a closed pickling tank which can replace the diluted pickling solution formed in the cabbages with different pickling solution from the outside after a predetermined length of the time while the cabbages are pickled through the exploit interaction of the cabbages and the pickling solution through the vertical movement of the pickling tank, thereby adjusting the pressure in the picking pressure. The present invention can pickle the pickled cabbages ensure the salinity of the inside and outside to be even compared to the conventional pickled cabbages, thereby significantly reducing the preparation costs of kimchi.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
